This is one of the most exciting times of your life! Although the planning process can be stressful & even confusing at times, we are here to make things much easier on you. At Sterling Black Events, we are called to serve & create. Our goals are to make the planning process smooth & seamlessly organic. We aim to make the wedding or event day stress free, & to create the beautiful day you've always dreamed it would be!
*Packages include what is listed below but are NOT limited to any one thing. Packages & pricing can always be adjusted and customized to fit your specific needs. Payment plans can also be available upon request.

WEDDING MANAGEMENT (formally known as “Day of Coordinating”)

For the Client who needs a right hand person to make sure his/her day runs smoothly & nothing is forgotten.
This package is perfect for couples who have taken care of a majority of the planning but understand the importance of letting an experienced coordinator take the reigns so that you can enjoy every moment of your special day. Coordination services include approximately two detailed meetings to discuss timeline, vendors hired, design elements & overall vision. This package also includes final vendor walk through, detailed timeline creation, rehearsal day coordinating of approximately 2.5 hours (if needed) & execution of the entire wedding day. Sterling Black Events will step in at full capacity approximately one month prior to your wedding date and stay in contact with all vendors (making sure everyone has a copy of the timeline & directions to ensure everyone is on the same page). You are also given unlimited emails, phone calls &
texts prior to the event.
  • Includes two meetings of approximately two hours of each. One meeting at event location approximately two months prior, and another off site or over the phone prior to wedding/event date.
  • Vendor referrals.
  • 2.5 Hours for rehearsal coordination​ ​- week of wedding.
  • Coordination of all vendors and/or service providers with the information client has provided, to make sure all expectations are clear, directions, deliveries and contact information have been shared and timelines are correct.
  • Coordination, direction, and supervision of rehearsal (if needed) ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and send off.
  • Creation of timeline, vendor list, and ceremony order + reception layout (if needed).
  • Coordinate with DJ for grand entrance, dances, cake cutting, toasts, table releases etc.
  • Give the couple and wedding party direction for all special events.
  • Set up ceremony décor (*chairs, guest book, gift table, unity items, programs, pre-designed/arranged florals, signs, etc).
  • Set up reception décor (​*tables, *chairs, *furnishings, assigned seating, linens, pre-designed/arranged florals, glassware, place settings, etc.) + tear down can also be arranged if needed.
  • Guide and help guests and family on where to go and or what to do.

PARTIAL PLANNING
(formally known as “The Coordinator” package)

For the Client who needs help making his/her vision come to life.
Do you have an overall vision for your wedding, but don’t know how to go about executing it? Perhaps you have a few vendors chosen, but still need additional help and or direction? That's where we come in! I can take all of your ideas along with my professional experience & bring them to life! This package is perfect for couples who still want a hands-on approach, but also want more support than just Day of Management. This package includes all of the offerings detailed in Wedding Management + budget management if needed, vendor recommendations, vendor meetings. Along with my experienced style & design.
  • Up to four client/planner meetings of approximately 2 hours each; 1 year (for consultations or clients needing help with venue choice & booking) or 6 - 8 months (if venue is already booked), a detailed planning meeting, a in-person site visit & or vendor visit , and a final 1 - 2 month prior to wedding/event date.
  • Assistance with budget & breakdown of costs of needed.
  • Unlimited calls, texts, emails prior to wedding/event. (Please allow approximately 24 hours for response)
  • 2.5 Hours for rehearsal coordination​ -week of wedding.
  • Venue/Vendor/Service Provider referrals & recommendations.
  • Attendance at meetings with vendors, suppliers/service providers as requested.
  • Visit to the ceremony and the reception site prior to the wedding.​
  • Help with contracts and/or insurance requirements & can remain the primary contact for venue all vendors and/or service providers.
  • Coordination of all vendors and service providers, will also get in contact with everyone to make sure all contact information has been shared, expectations are clear, payments and or tips are made, deliveries, directions and timelines are correct.
  • Coordination, direction, and supervision of rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, & send off.
  • Creation of timeline, vendor list, and ceremony order.
  • Creation of layout for reception & ceremony.
  • Arrival when doors open, & stay until after send off.
  • Coordinate with DJ for grand entrance, dances, cake cutting, toasts, table releases, etc.
  • Give the couple & wedding party direction for all special events.
  • Set up/tear down ceremony décor (*chairs, guest book, gift table, unity items, programs, signs, personal items, etc.).
  • Set up reception décor (*tables, *chairs, *furnishings, linens, place settings, table décor, head table design, cake table, photo booth, etc).​ + tear down can also be arranged.
  • Guide and help guests and family on where to go or what to do.​
  • Hiring of additional help and or assistance for weddings larger then 100 guests.
  • ALL STYLING is included for this package- everything for the wedding/ event day with your taste, preferences and budget in mind.​

FULL PLANNING (The Sterling Package)

The Client that wants the picturesque -on trend wedding/ event that reflects your unique style without the extra stress of planning.
Planning a wedding is a full-time job - so I am here to offer my full attention + expertise, every step of the way! With full planning, I am ready to be your expert from start to finish. I begin by getting to know you, discussing your priorities, mapping your budget & building your dream vendor team. Full Planning also includes unlimited consultations in the planning phases and full coordination of the rehearsal & most importantly, the wedding day. With Sterling Black Events by your side, your wedding will reflect your unique style & taste as a couple, it will be aesthetically pleasing with a natural and organic feel, meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution.
  • Five client/planner meeting of two hours each with me. 1 - 1 1/2 year(s) ahead (if needing help with venue selection) or 10 - 12 months (if venue has already been booked), 6 month on site visit, Styling/Rental visit, 2 month vendor visit (if needed), and 1 month finalization prior to wedding/event date.
  • Approximately ​3.0+ Hours for rehearsal and early set up (if applicable) week of wedding.
  • Unlimited calls, texts, emails.​ (Please allow approximately 12 hours for response).
  • Venue, vendor, service provider, recommendations/hiring.
  • Presence at meetings with venue, vendors, suppliers/service providers as requested..
  • ​Visit to the ceremony and the reception site prior to the wedding.
  • Use of any and/or all of the Sterling Black Event items.
  • Assistance with invitations and/or save the dates - instructions & etiquette.
  • Guest transportation and lodging (if needed).​
  • Gather of all signed contracts and/or insurance requirements + remain the primary contact & liaison for venue and all vendors and/or service providers.
  • Coordination of all vendors, will constantly be in contact with venue, vendors & service providers to make sure all expectations are clear, all payments are made in full, directions and timelines are correct.
  • Coordination, direction, and supervision of rehearsal ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and send off.
  • Creation of theme/style/mood board, timeline, vendor list, and ceremony order.
  • Creation of layout for reception & ceremony.
  • Arrival when venue doors open, stay until after send off.
  • Coordinate with DJ for grand entrance, dances, cake cutting, toasts, table releases, etc.
  • Give the couple & wedding party direction for all special events.​​​​
  • Set up/tear down ceremony décor (chairs, guest book, gift table, florals, unity items, programs, signs, etc).
  • Set up/tear down reception décor (tables, chairs, furnishings, linens, florals, place settings, cutlery, glassware, table décor, head table design, cake table, photo booth, personal items etc.).
  • Collection of décor, gifts, cards, remaining food, pictures, personal items etc.
  • Guide and help guests and family on where to go and/or what to do.
  • This package includes use of any and/or all Sterling Black Event items. ​
  • ALL STYLING is included for this package- everything for the wedding/ event day will be styled and put together by me, with your taste, preferences and budget in mind.
  • This package also includes clean up/tear down of reception.
  • Ordering of all furnishings, tables, chairs, linens, décor, place settings, glassware, cutlery, event pieces, florals lighting etc.
  • Arrangements for all deliveries and times.​​
  • Seating chart assistance if needed.
  • Assistance in food, cake, drink consults/ tastings and/or orders.
  • Will take charge & use best judgement when taking action in regard to venue, vendor, services provider issues, changes, weather, tardiness, non-performance(s) etc. based on the situation, time limitations and/or your wishes to ensure a smooth and seemingly seamless experience for you and your guests.​
  • Including additional ”day of” assistant.

PRICING

Sterling Black Events values the unique nature of every event individually. The planning process begins by setting time to personally meet so that I can fully understand your vision. This allows me to better understand your specific planning needs & to make sure we are a perfect fit for each other! With this in mind, I prefer to put together a custom proposal after meeting with you. Payment plans can also be made available if needed.


Additional Services

À la carte options... if you will~
Floral Design | Getting to create beautiful and unique arrangements is one of my favorite things to do. Anything from simple greenery runners, to ornate arbor pieces and or welcome signs. Prices will vary, please contact us with your ideas and I would love to give you a quote! I make myself available to my clients first but will happily freelance for smaller weddings and events. *I DO NOT do ceiling installs at this time.

​Consult- $60/hr
A *consultation is the perfect way to ask questions, pick my brain, get advice, & talk though ideas! Sometimes, it just helps to talk it out with a pro! Especially if your still on the fence about hiring a coordinator/planner. Or maybe you’re planning DIY wedding/event, I’d love to help out in any way that I can! No pressure. Let’s meet over a cup of coffee and chat! *However... Consultation fee is waived & deducted from contract upon booking with me.

Styling- $60/hr
If you need someone with an eye for design, up to date on all current and upcoming trends, along with someone who can take into account your personal style... someone you can trust to get your vision down to the very last detail, Im your person! Event design and styling is one of my passions & it is where I pride myself the most. To me, the little things ARE the big things. Every single detail will be touched... No napkin left unfolded (unless of course that’s the look we are going for), no cutlery out of place and no glasses with fingerprints. I love taking the time to put your personal details together and create a wedding that really reflects you two as a couple. I strive to make the couples vision come to life, getting creative with the all details big or small. Always adding a personal touch to make their special day unique and perfectly tailored to them! Styling can be offered for any occasion in a multitude of ways, it can as simple as a styling visit and a mood board for my DIY brides or it can be in conjunction with your venue/ day of coordinator & or vendors to be personally and professionally executed on *site for your most special day.

Food styling is a great hobby of mine that has become more and more requested over the years, I can arrange small, medium, large and even farm table sized appetizers that range in your tastes and budget. This is on a project to project basis and I cannot give a price quote until I know what you are interested in serving. I am happy to put together a price quote after speaking with you.
